I have read all 3 books in this series and I love them, Lucille has been around since book one as Alexanders sister, she has always come across as cold and distant but I had a feeling there was more below the surface, I am glad to see that she got a story of her own and I loved it.
I wont give away any plot but I will say that if you enjoyed books 1 and 2 then you will truly enjoy this as well, get an insight into the cold enforcers past and see if love can break through.

Lucille, a vampire for 400 years and Valentino, a vampire hunter, from multiple generations of hunters, team up to kill a very old rogue vampire. They each have secrets to keep. They are, after all, enemies. This book is a must read. Find out if they can keep from killing one another, or will they fall in love instead? Ms. Moone writes a very captivating story, with strong characters and descriptive scenes. This one book made me go find the two previous stories so I could read them all. I received this as a free copy and happily and voluntarily choose to leave a review.
I have been wanting to know Lucille’s story. She has been in the background with her strength, cunning, discipline, and nose for finding the truth. She has worked to earn her place as Enforcer for the Council. She did her job well. Now tasked with doing the one job that she had difficulty completing the first time she managed it.
Valentino has been on the hunt. He has tracked this being for years. He has strength, determination, cunning, and skills. Add that to what Lucille brings to the table. The two are able to accomplish much.
This was a short that added another layer to the Vampires of London.
Each and everyone will keep you glued to the pages. The Vampires of London are so awesome each one has their own unique personality.

While at trial he manages to escape, and it is Lucille's job to bring him in again. During her investigation she runs across a hunter!. Valentino Conti is the last of his family's legacy. Valentino spots Lucille and approaches her he thinks she is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. After they talk Valentino mistakes her for a fellow hunter lol. They team up to capture Marek snd become close. Only what will happen when he discovers Lucille is what he hunts and not a hunter!.

400 year old hardened female enforcer will meet her match, and he's a vampire Hunter and a human. We've read how Lucille has operated in the past in her vampire brother Alexander and his blood bride Catherine, how she helped Michael defeat a Soul Eater to save his Anne, but for this warrior she will face her worst nightmare, her feelings. Merek is back to face his punishment but the elders on their council and a few other will be even more shocked to see something no other vampire/ Nightwalker has ever done and there is a lot more to Marek then just killing humans there is a connection to the head jacka$$, Julius but only Lucille will be the other person that will now the real truth. Valentino is the last of his family line from Italy, 32 and still unlocking the paranormal activity but he has science on his side and training from his grandfather and father to got him still living to fight day by day. He is on the hunt in London and he to is seeking out a skeletal creature killing people, and his hunt crosses paths with a beauty that is also on the hunt. Unlikely duel teaming up to hunt their worst enemy. Will a vampire and her sworn enemy a Hunter be able to team up without trying to kill each other. Alexander and Catherine will pop up a few times, truths and cover ups will be exposed and a newfound happiness for a warmer Lucille and her partner. Told in both p.o.v, HEA. Will there be more? Maybe but this was a great ending for Lucille , which I've been hoping she would get her heart melted to allow someone in from first meeting her in Alex's story.
